2 HOUR DELIVERY WITH UBER

2 Hour Delivery with Uber on eligible orders. Please note this service will not be available on the 25th and 26th of December.

How to Use Uber Fast Delivery:

1. You must reside within 15 km of one of our participating stores.

2. Select your product(s) and size(s) for purchase.

3. Select 'Find in Store' to view nearby in-store stock availability.

4. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.

5. If your order is eligible for Uber Delivery, it will appear under Delivery Methods at checkout. 

6. Receive your order under 2 hours. 

Delivery Live Tracking:

Once the assigned store has packed your order and it is ready for collection, you will receive an email and SMS with an Uber tracking link to follow your delivery driver in real time.

If you are not available to accept your delivery, the order will be returned to the boutique it was dispatched from. Please note: delivery fees are non-refundable. As per our terms of service, you must be available to accept Uber deliveries.

Availability:

2 Hour Delivery with Uber is only available from stand-alone Black Pepper retail stores, until 1 hour before close. Then Uber delivery will be unavailable until the boutiques re-open the following day. For store hours, please visit Store Locations.

You must reside within 15km of one of our participating stores.

During busy periods, select stores may be temporarily switched 'off' for Uber deliveries.

Uber is not available from Myer or David Jones stores stocking Black Pepper.

Are all products available for Uber Delivery?

2 Hour Delivery with Uber is eligible on all full-priced and sale items. Please note, some items may not be available for Uber Delivery at your preferred store. In this case, we recommend selecting an alternate store where all items are available, or proceeding with Standard Shipping (complimentary for Australian orders over $99), or Express Shipping for $14.95.

Can I return an item delivered by Uber?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Black Pepper offers free returns* within Australia. Visit our Returns Policy page for more details.
