Within Australia, Black Pepper sends parcels via the Australia Post E-Parcel service so please allow 1-10 days for delivery. If you have specific needs please contact our Customer Service Department on 1800 001 399 or email at

A signature is required upon delivery so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase. If for some reason your parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated post office.

For orders to New Zealand, we send our parcels via Australia Post International Registered Post service. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

New Zealand is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $100.

Sometimes we cannot source all items from one location and we need to split an order across two or more separate deliveries. You should receive a tracking notification email for each parcel that is shipped to you. You will then be able to track your parcel progress via Australia Post website Please note that items shipped separately may be delivered to you on different days and times.

As we utilize an independent third-party shipping company, we are unable to exert direct control over the delivery process once the package has been dispatched.
