How do I earn points and rewards?

Every time you spend $1 in-store or online, we will reward you with 1 point. When you collect 150 points this will automatically be converted into a $10 Reward for you to redeem on your next full price purchase. You must be logged into your account online when shopping in order to earn points. However, purchasing gift vouchers and postage/delivery services do not contribute towards earning points.


Can I earn points on promotional, sale or clearance merchandise?

Yes, you can earn points on promotional, sale or clearance merchandise. You will earn 1 point with every $1 you spend.


How do I redeem rewards?

Rewards are attached to your VIP Member account. To redeem your rewards in-store simply provide your details to the store assistant to look you up in the system and they will redeem any available rewards on your full price purchase. To redeem your rewards online, you must log in to your online account and then select ‘apply rewards to order’ when in your cart.


Can I redeem my rewards on a promotional, clearance or sale item?

No, rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.


How long are my rewards valid for?

Rewards earned from points are valid for 60 days from date of issue.


How long are my points valid for?

Every time you spend $1 in-store or online, we will reward you with 1 point. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.


Can I redeem points when purchasing gift vouchers or paying for postage?

No, points cannot be redeemed when purchasing gift vouchers and postage/delivery services.

I made a purchase online but can’t see my points yet

When shopping online, please ensure that you are logged in to your online account, so that you can accumulate points. Points and/or rewards are issued upon the dispatch of your order from our warehouse. Therefore, please allow up to 10 business days for the points/rewards to appear on your account.


Is there anything I can’t earn points or redeem rewards on?

You can earn points on all purchases. Rewards cannot be redeemed on all items except promotional, sale or clearance items and gift cards




How do I redeem my birthday reward?

You will automatically receive a $20 reward in your account in the month of your birthday, if you have shared your birthday with us. If you do not receive a $20 birthday, please contact us at so we can update your account. Each Member will only receive one (1) birthday reward in any 365 day period.


Can I redeem my $20 birthday reward on sale products?
