Cathy’s journey with Black Pepper began 2 and ½ years ago at Mount Hutton. Now working at Black Pepper Plymouth- Lorraine loves the different moments each day brings at Black Pepper- chatting with the beautiful ladies and listening to their stories- “It can make you feel positive and really puts life in perspective”.

Here’s our spotlight on Cathy:

1.       What Black Pepper piece do you have to have in your wardrobe?

I have to have Black Pepper Style’s Victory Pant in ink & white in a ¾ length. They’re so versatile as you can dress them up or down

2.       How do you celebrate the holidays?

Relaxing with family and friends, hopefully getting away in our caravan for a few days!

3.       What will you be wearing to celebrate this year?

As I’m cooking a traditional Christmas lunch, a cool dress is my pick- my favourite’s the Mindie Dress!

             4.       What will you be gifting this year?

My daughters love handbags- there are lovely ones on The Gift Shop this year! For my husband, anything to do with cars…

5.       What styling advice do you stand by?

Don’t be afraid to try something new. If you like it, wear it!

6.       Do you have a favourite piece from the latest collection?

My favourite would have to be the Liza ¾ sleeve shirt. It’s cool, comfortable and a great piece to take you from day to evening.

7.       Favourite instore event?

Our Morning Teal events are always fun and knowing we are helping a worthy cause makes it so much better.

8.       Print or plain?

I love anything with spots and I love navy- so  anything with navy spots is mine! I love the Lunar Shirt for that fact!

9.       Do you have a favourite customer story?

One day, whilst I was working with fellow sales assistant Suzi, a lady came in and we all got talking. It turns out she had lived in the same house and had the same bedroom as Suzi had had only 30 years before!

10     . What makes the Black Pepper lady so fabulous?

Their love for life and knowing age is just a number; it’s how we wear it that matters!
